100WC - Week #11 - Kate

The school was silent as the debate went on. 
“I think Vegemite is better because it has more flavour and is more texturized and easier to spread, said Connor. 
“Well, said Patrick, your statement doesn't really prove a point, shall we ask the school.”
̈̈Raise you hand if you think Marmite has the right to win this debate once and for all!¨ Patrick shouted 
(The audience hands all raised at once.)
What about Vegemite? Connor said quietly
What about you, Mr Smith, do you like Vegemite? Connor asked

Then Mr Smith spoke, “No,” he said, “I like Marmite.”

    Hi Kate,

    Great post! I love the way you framed the story around a school debate- very imaginative. I like your use of dialogue but make sure to always put speech marks at the beginning and end of speech. Keep up the good work.
