100WC - Week #7 - Bailee

 Have you ever seen a scooter dance.   I have.

December 24 2011.  That was the most magical day ever.  My scooter danced, the concrete turned red, and the grass was as fluffy as a bunny.

Are bunnies fluffy?  I am gonna say they are.

Why is this day the most magical day ever I hear you wonder?

Well I have wondered for years and after LOTS of research I have come to the conclusion that… (drumroll please)  Oh wait I forgot oh yeah I am still working on it.  But don’t worry I will figure it out (hopefully).

100WC - Week #6 - Bailee

 ¨Come on Maia it will be fun!¨ I yell as I race through the forest that surrounds my house.

¨I´m Coming ̈ My BFF yells clearly not happy to be running out towards the willow on the edge of the forest.

¨wow!!! Were here” I whisper.  Right before my eyes is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.  The amazing green leaves were spread like a cloak over the trunk which had a little door in it.

“ Maia come on”

“Kelly stop yelling I’m here already.  Wow” she looks up, Then see’s the door.

But I had to see what was inside

 Have you ever been so excited that you think you might faint?

Well that is what is happening to me right now.

Mum decided to book a holiday for the whole family.  But she couldn’t decide where to go so she asked me to choose. Dad had suggested just about all the countries in the world so I was stripped for answers.  Then I had the most wonderful idea, “ We should go to Antarctica.” I yelled “Imagine frozen water, and we could even visit a school down there. I heard they don’t have  rubber. Mum’s considering it. 

Will we be allowed to go...

¨Flutter, flutter, flutter¨

¨Where is it ¨ right now I am in my room looking for a stupid bird that my cat brought in.  My cat always brings birds in and it is getting annoying.  And even worse it is my job to get them outside!!!

It is driving me insane, I hate that cat!!!

I follow the noise with my eyes and then I saw it.  Green feathers and a brown beak.  Poor thing; it can't fly. I feel so sorry for it.

Where is that cat?!

100WC - Week #34 - Bailee

‘’ Oh, little cutie” I stopped in the middle of the street.There was a brown box with a baby racoon
in it. The baby racoon (which I secretly named Tommy) was chomping on a green leaf.
I decided to take him home.When we got to my house I took him to a little chair on the deck.
I sat down a put the box on the concrete.I pointed to the sky, “Look at the sunset Tommy” I turned
down to see only  concrete, something was up and I was determined to find out
who or what took Tommy.

¨Pant Pant¨The periodic warm breaths of my tired lungs were the only sounds until…

I heard a scream and not just one. Many.

The deafening screams echoed through the cold night air. 

Was that him?

All of this thinking was starting to make me dizzy. I felt like I was dancing on a cloud.

Then…

Black…

I couldn't think, talk or see. I felt like I was useless. It was horrible.

Days passed, but they felt like minutes. Weeks passed ,but they felt like days.

Months passed, like weeks. 

It was like a never ending sleep.

 What if it was?

´STOMP STOMP CRACKLE CRACKLE´the overlapping footsteps are getting closer.

¨Come out kid¨Oh no he is after me.

Silence.

Simply silence is all that followed.

¨HA FOUND YOU ¨a cold low voice followed by a cold wrinkly hand.

I run forward to find a never ending river.

“But should I really do this?” I question myself. “Yes”

I jump. There is an ear piercing silence. Had really just taken the jump that sent

me plummeting towards my death. I up at the cliff as if it was the last glimpse of green

grass I will ever see.

What if it is?

¨It was a dark and stormy night,¨Me and my friends were having a sleepover. Then…

¨HA HA¨

¨Where is that sound coming from,¨My friend Emily cried.

¨Calm down where probably all so very  tired we are hearing things. ¨Let's all go down to that pretty tree and calm down.¨

Without a second thought I marched down to the tree no matter who was or was not following me.

¨What a beautiful tree and look at the pretty Moon¨I exclaim to try and cheer them up..

Then...

´CRACK´

¨Uh oh¨

´SNAP´

¨Um we may have broken the enchanted tree.¨

¨So what do you think?¨ I ask my teacher curious as to what he may be thinking.

¨Do you want my honest answer or my nice answer?¨ he questions me.

¨Honest¨ I say wondering how that may affect the answer.

¨It's rubbish¨ he announces.

¨What! well  It doesn’t matter what you think, does it?’ I start to question myself.

¨Well it kind of does matter what I think, this narrative is worth half of your grade.¨

 would freak if she found out. Should I run and fail my grade or stay and pass my grade?

¨ How do I stop? I scream as the family car goes flying into the air.

¨I don't know.¨ screams my best friend ¨ It's your family car¨.

¨your right ¨Ï yell. Then…

´SMASH´

¨oh no¨ I whispered right before I fell unconscious.The next day I think, I woke up. I was surrounded by hugs as I realised what about my Friend. Just that thought made me feel sick in the stomach and I feel back unconscious.

Several days passed before I woke up again to find out that the passengers side was worse than the driver.¨NO¨

100WC Week #24 -Bailee

“I’m losing all memories” My brother yells.

“Hold on”I yell back

‘I’m trying to hold on,’ he shouted

Hold on tighter I”m coming” I run towards the sound of my brother's voice just in time to see all of his memories sucked out of him.

“NO” I yell there is no way I could let that happen.  I've got to turn off that machine and quick.  I run towards the whirling machine.

“Where's the off button?”I whisper to myself.

“There”I whisper again

‘BEEP BEEP BEEP TURNING OFF’ the machine booms

“Wow what happened?”asks my brother.

I took a deep breath and pressed the button ‘DING DONG!!! ‘ My heart
is pounding inside my chest.I can barely breath “GO AWAY “ yells my neighbor

“ but I need my ball “.  ‘BANG ‘ “ OW!!! “ I howl “go get your ball” yells my
neighbor. I swear his face gets more and more ugly every time I see him
“yes sir “ “ hurry up “ he shouts . I ran into his back yard and grabbed my ball
then ran out of his front gate yelling sorry on the way . Running into my
backyard and started kicking my ball again. “ Mum I need another ball”

Roar!!! Roars a lion “That was loud” shouts my sister “yeah' shouts my Nan loudly.' 'Lion ''yelled my cousin. Right now we’re looking at the giraffes at  Hamilton zoo and even though we are about a km away from the lions we can still hear them.” a giraffe” yells my cousin , she is wearing a pink dress.”AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH” sang my other cousin as if to say don't forget about me ( and trust me it was  painful ). My other cousin was wearing a purple dress which somehow had managed to get all dusty we weren't there for long. Isn't she trouble

“Go away” .I growl at my sister. I have just finished tidying my room and she is messing it up, “ But why doesn't he have to go” she yells back pointing at my brother.”because he isn’t making a mess in my room”. I yell as if it was obvious.”fine “, she says then retreating out of my room. Finally I said to my Brother, "she left". I continued to brush my hair then next minute something was flying at us, and as it flew towards us I couldn’t see what it was . Wait a second ,is that my cat ,"shoo"

100WC-week # 19- Bailee

I was sitting on my bed as disappointed as a chicken when it finds out it can’t fly “ I’ve been waiting forever” I say to my Dad as he stares out the window in horror. Although it was Saturday nothing was open the warehouse, unichem, wagon wheel  all closed. Something weird had happened and I was determined to find out what. Maybe a robbery and the whole towns in lock down or a bomb left in town I don’t know .Meanwhile I was having all these thoughts dad was looking on stuff and realized that we took the wrong car. “DAD!"
