100WC - Week #13 - Samara

I ran  to the river, the beast close behind. I did the only thing I could, jump.  As my body hit the cold water, I saw the beast turn around,  the harsh water swallowed me.

I saw ripples in the water, I wasn’t alone. I struggled to swim, whatever it was, it was fast.  I hit my head on a rock, I slowly closed my eyes.

I woke up in  a bed, I pulled off the covers, and turned on the light. I was wearing something unfamiliar.  It felt itchy, I didn’t remember putting it on….  At that moment I knew where I was….

100WC Week #9 - Samara

In my mind I was thinking I couldn't get out of it alive,

But Little did I know…...

We were on holiday, happily minding our own business.

When all of a sudden a giant bee fell out of the sky, landing on my friend.

I struggled to get it off, I  backed away.

It slowly crawled off him, before it started to gap it towards me.

Slowly backing away, I tripped over my suitcase.

My friend stood up, and ran to get his camera.

He took a picture, the beast backed off.

It fell to the ground, I ran, and never stopped

100WC - Week #8 - Samara

It was midnight, 31st October, Halloween.

I was walking down the street, on my way back home.

A car pulled up beside me, Someone jumped out. They grabbed me

*

I woke up in a dark room, Taped to a chair.

A light turned on above me, she walked into the light.

I could hear that they were exhausted & breathing hard, she simply raised her fists….

I closed my eyes, Nothing happened.

I opened one eye, She walked out of the room, the light turned off.

The tape was gone, I hopped off the chair….

Out of the darkness,  I saw it...

100WC - Week #7 - Samara

It was the day of the production,  my face had looked fluffy from all the foundation I put on.

I walked down the concrete path, I arrived at school.

At 11:00 the busses showed  up, We hopped on them.

When we arrived I saw all  our props, the scooters , the red shoes.

Once it was our turn, we walked around the back, up the stairs and on the stage.

I stare into the crowd, I see my dad.

We had to line up,  then we danced.

If I had to say, it was the best Wizard of Oz play.

100WC Week #3 - Samara

I was lying on my bed one  night, when I heard my parents talking. I Roll over To listen….

“......We only want the best for her…..”

“....It's a lot of money……..Could we even afford it?”

“....maybe we could?”

“... Your right…”

I laid on my bed for a while.  What were they even talking about? I thought.                                        I got up the next morning to find my mum talking to someone.

“Good morning!” She said “You must be my new student!”

“What?”

“Honey…” Said my mum. “You're going to South West boarding school…..”

“Boarding school? What's wrong with the school I'm going to now?..”

…they never should have said yes…

100WC - Week #38 - Samara

It was a breezy morning at the zoo, Laleee the Koloa was talking to his friend Elly the Elephant.
When Cola the Dodo announced that there had been a HUGE fight in the Lion pen.
“Really?!” Shouted Lalee. “ Is that true?”
“Yes!!!” He yelled. “I saw it with my own eyes!”
They ran over to the Lion pen not knowing what might happen to them.
Fixing problems were their specialties.
When they got there they couldn’t believe their eyes, the pen had been destroyed.
Then the Elephant delivered his speech.
Gentlemen, is it right to fight for a girl? Or to fight for popularity-

100WC - Week #35 - Samara

It was a sunny morning, me and my dog Chocolate  went down to the river side.
Trying to take my mind off what happened to my cat, He had just got run over by a car on the weekends.
When Chocolate saw the river he seemed to be sad.
I wonder what was wrong when I realised, I took Chocolate and Lexi  here to play every morning.
Chocolate was sitting down and whining.
I didn’t like to see him upset,  it just made me feel sick.

Trying to cheer him up, I walked over and sat down next to him.

100WC - Week #34 - Samara

My Dad  had just bought Chinese, we were sitting down  on the couch watching a movie that’s  how we always spend our Friday nights.
“Alisa!” My dad said while sitting in his CHAIR “Can you please put my BOX in the bin!”
“OK.” I replied
I grabbed his box and my rubbish, then  went outside.
It was really cold  and  I could hear  something rattling in  the bin…..
“A RACCOON!!” I screamed
The raccoon ran up a tree, a LEAF fell from the SKY.
“Oh on….” Me and my dad forgot it was fall.

Leaves slowly fell from the sky……...

“Ya I’m fine, but where am I!” I Asked
“Oh we don’t know….” A girl said “But what's your name I'm Alisa!”
  “I’m Nathan!” Replied a boy
“Oh…. I’m lexi… What do you mean when you say you don’t know?” I asked
“We don’t know where we are, we go kidnaped…”  Alisa Said
“What’s gonna happen now?” I replied
“We don’t know…” Nathan said in a low voice.
After years we became famous assassins.
This was my last mission….

100WC - Week #32 - Samara

It was a dark and stormy night, We were going hunting as normal when a ‘Bang!’

They're here……. They emerge from the darkness,

When they show up it’s impossible to run away.

We tried a million times before, but it’s hopeless.

We’re always going to lose someone to them, even if we beg for mercy they still don’t care,

It all started 2 years ago when we were allies, the leader of their group wanted to be the Ruler, the boss. We said no and now here we are.

…we disappeared into the night … trying to escape, no hope……

100WC - Week #31 - Samara

The stars were out, and the moon shone bright. But something was missing, was it the fact that I was alone or the fact that I was never happy, yet I stared into the stars as if I still belonged.
It was hard being the only one on this plant. I had a beautiful place to live. But was it enough?

‘T-weet, Tweet’ A bird or could it be that someone waiting for me. I look into the distance- fair is my eyes can see, but yet they fail me. As if it was bad enough I still can’t that someone.

100wc #30 Samara

There had always been this dog that lived in our backyard, it was so mysterious and unknown I always thought it was a sign of hope that the world still had beauty.
When I get angry I always kick our couch, now it has a hole in it.
My parents didn’t approve of that, my mum always said ‘The sun specks the truth in which we can’t understand.’ I had a bunny she was called Flower but she was killed by a hawk, Just remember when life brings you down you’ll get up and try again.
You're not alone anymore.

100WC - Week #29 - Samara

When Hayley was first learning how to drive. All she had to do was drive down the driveway, out onto the road  and drive to the petrol station. So she started the engine, and put the car into reverse which is silly because she could fly off the edge  and straight into the neighbours roof. You see our house is on the edge of a retaining wall and if we reverse we will fly off the edge. The car became like a rocket in the air. Crash! Bang! Crunch! Now our car is a roofing tile on the neighbours house.

It was Halloween and my friends and I were staying at a  spooky hotel.  We were going to prank everyone that was staying there but on one was here. We started  hearing strange noises coming from this one room, it was all closed off.
But that didn’t stop us from going in, as soon as we walked in the door shut behind us. There was someone sitting on a chair singing a lullaby “ twinkle twinkle little star how I wonder what you are? They got up off their chair and started coming towards us. We screamed and tried to run away but it was hopeless.

The door swung open …….

100WC - Week #21 - Samara

“I finally get to go to the zoo!” I had been waiting for the  moment when I would get to see a giraffe.    As we looked for a park I saw two dusty pink buildings, one dustier than the other.    When we finally found a park I realized I forgot my hat, it was a really  hot and sunny day. We walked inside one of the pink buildings. After hours of walking we finally got to the giraffes. My foot got sore after walking all that way. When the birds sang It made it less painful. When I saw a giraffe for the first time I knew it was destiny.

I could hear people talking so the best thing I could do was go to sleep….  I woke up to hear nothing. when I saw something in the sky, as it flew towards us I couldn’t see what it was. The war was over we could finally go home.

100WC - Week #19 - Samara

I  woke up to see that the pantry was empty, I  looked in the fridge and all I can see was dad's leftover tomato  and peach pudding. I closed the fridge door, after minutes of staring  at the pantry I finally Decided go shopping. I really didn’t like shopping alone but I had no choice.     When I got to town I realized although it was Saturday nothing was open. I looked around still wondering whether I was missing something or not. I looked in the window of the dairy, no one was there. When I realized it was the queen's birthday!
